Flavour: velvety, strong and persistent

Vinification: cryomaceration, soft press with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. A short period aging in the bottles.
Accompaniment: fish starters, minestrone Genovese, pesto sauce, stuffed vegetables and baked seabass.
