Fruity with notes of wild rose

Grape: Rossese 95%
Colour: strong ruby red
Aroma: round, quite intense and persistent, fruity with notes of rose, raspberry and strawberry, combined with good vinosity.
Flavour: dry, savoury, smooth and with a bitter after taste, typical of Rossese.
ABV: 12.0˚- 13.5 ˚
Vinification: we use the traditional technique in stainless steel vats with pumping – over, oxygenation and daily breaking of the cap. Racking happens after 6-7 days
Accompaniment: traditional Ligurian casseroled rabbit with taggiasche olives, fish and stewed stockfish, meat and casseroled poultry, medium matured chesses.
Drinking temperature: slightly cool, opening the bottle just before serving.
