Fresh and floral, with notes of yellow peaches

Grape: 100% Pigato

Colour: straw yellow with greenish ombre

Aroma: round with notes of ginestra (Sicilian broom), acacia, moss and basil

Flavour: dry and persistent with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

ABV: 12˚- 13.5˚

Vinification: soft press with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. A short period aging in the bottles.
